When attempting to use the Price Request API 'QP_PREQ_PUB.PRICE_REQUEST()'.
the following error occurs:
ERROR
Pricing status code: BACK_CALCULATION_ERROR
Pricing status text: QP_PREQ_PUB.BACK_CAL: NO MANUAL ADJ
Processed_code: BACK_CALCULATION_ERROR

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Execute Price Request API 'QP_PREQ_PUB.PRICE_REQUEST()' to determine the correct
unit selling price after application of several discount/surcharge modifiers
