Goal

Why can users not make changes to any Shipping Parameters for a newly created inventory organization, for example , the Enable Workflows LOV is disabled (greyed out)?

STEPS
_________

1. Navigate to Order Management Super User Responsibility
2. Shipping -> Setup -> Global Parameters.
2. Select the General Tab.
3. In the workflow section
--- Enable Workflows LOV
--- Raise Business Event
--- Enable Ship to Deliver Workflow.
