Symptoms
When attempting to save a repair order, the following error occurs:
Repair Order Update failed due to error in API.
API Programming Error (Update_Repair_Order): An error occurred when validating the descriptive flexfield.
The flexfield on this field contains a value set (XXXXXXXXXX) that uses special or pair user-exit validation.
This prohibits operation in the mode that optimizes performance over a wide-area network.

Steps To Reproduce
1. (R) Depot Repair Super User
2. Depot Repair--> Repair Order
3. Create a new repair order.
4. Enter the Repair Order DFFs.
5. Save the RO.
