Can jobs be selected or viewed from Business Groups other than the one they were created in?

If yes, then how exactly do we create a benchmark job. We tried checking the 'Benchmark Job' check box on the Job form but that did not make it visible to another Business Group (BG).

Can jobs be selected or viewed from Business Groups other than the one they were created in? That is our primary concern - not having to recreate the same job over and over again in different Business Groups.

The excerpt posted in <Note 257846> makes it sound like benchmarked jobs can be viewed across business groups. Is this true?

Ideally, we would like to only create the jobs one time (e.g. under Global HRMS Manager) and be able to view them in the Job form in a different BG, and also assign the job to an employee created in that BG.

Can you clarify how you create a global job group?
