Symptoms

The alternate name list for Expenditure Types used is not displaying all values in Self Service Timecard Type LOV

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Setup Alternate Name list with Elements and Projects Expenditure Types
Set Preference to individual
Open Self Service Timecard
Select "Type" from LOV

Timecard Type LOV does not display all elements defined in the associated Alternate Names list.
