Orphan Reservations On Closed Order Lines

Symptoms
-- Problem Statement:
The system does not relieve the reservation on an order line that is closed. This happens when the
quantity shipped exceeds over shipment tolerance.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced as follows:
1. Create an order line with ordered quantity 10 EA for an ATO item. The over shipment tolerance is
set at 10%.
2. Release the work order. Note that the over completion tolerance is for 10%.
3. Perform a WIP assembly completion for quantity of 13 EA.
4. Pick Release the quantity of 13 EA.
5. Ship 11 EA out of the 13 EA completed picked
6. 2 EA is left on the reservation after the order line is closed.
