When attempting to close pac period the following error occurs:

There are Pending Transactions

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility:Cost Management
2. Navigation Path:> Periodic Costing
3.Periodic Close Cycle >
4. Change Status> A warning message will pop up.

Warning message: "Backdated transactions exist in the system which may not have been processed for periodic costing".

An alternative message could be the following:

Last Cost Manager run was before the period ending date.Rerun cost manager to completely process all proceeding transactions.

Be sure to check for the backdated transactions and that all the PAC processes have completed successfully.
