Punchout From iProcurement To Supplier Via Oracle Exchange Fails After Supplier Changes IP Address Of The Punchout Server (Doc ID 868932.1)

Symptoms

Punchout to supplier fails with the following error. This punchout was working fine previously. Other punchouts still work fine in Production.  Only this punchout has the problem.

The supplier changed the IP address at their end but they did not notify Oracle Exchange in advance.

ERROR

The supplier website is not responding.

Details

Error Code: 202 Supplier Site Does Not Respond
Unable to send the Login Request XML.
Supplier Login URL: https://exchange.oracle.com/orders/LinkinLogin.jsp
Request String: <?xml version = '1.0' encoding = 'UTF-8'?>

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to iProcurement.
2. Choose the punchout store.
3. Get the error.
