-- Problem Statement:
On 11.5.10 in Production:
Orders imported into OM via interface table OE_HEADERS_IFACE_ALL, OE_LINES_IFACE_ALL successfully in booked status.
However, all sales orders with "BOOKED" status are always missing the tax code at the order line level, however, the tax amount is populated.
Expect the tax code to be populated at the time of order import for "BOOKED" sales orders.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log on as OM Super-User
2. Select order Import to import sales orders
3. Review sales order to find tax code is not populated at the line level.
This is only happening for "BOOKED"Sales order.
