"java.sql.SQLException: ORA-00918: column ambiguously defined" Error When using "Create Another" After Creating a Rate Record (Doc ID 870058.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:

After creating a Rate Record and the selecting "Create Another", the labels on the screen are not properly displayed and after querying for the Rate Offering, the following error is presented:

"java.sql.SQLException: ORA-00918: column ambiguously defined"

Also, the labels on the Rate Offering finder are not translated.

-- Steps To Reproduce:

1. Create a new Rate Record via the UI
2. Click on Create Another
3. Here you will see the Rate Offering Screen show up but the Labels are not translated
4. Enter a Rate Offering ID and click search and the error will occur.
