Symptoms

When attempting to process a drop ship order, the following error is found in the line workflow:


Purchase Release Exception Error 1 User-Defined Exception OE_OEOL_SCH.Release_to_purchasing(OEOL,
5318886, 99772, RUN) Wf_Engine_Util.Function_Call(OE_OEOL_SCH.RELEASE_TO_PURCHASING, OEOL,5318886, 99772, RUN)

Processing Messages for Line:
Please fix the errors and retry the activity from the Order Form or the Workflow Monitor.



The issue can be seen with the following steps:

1. Order Management responsibility
2. Navigation: Orders,Returns>Sales Order
3. Enter and book order
