Purpose
This note is created to provide some back ground information for users implementing latest Paypal version 4.5x with Oracle Payments (IBY) Release 12.
IMPORTANT: This note applies to Oracle Applications releases 12.0.X and 12.1.X ONLY. PayPal integration with 12.2 does NOT exist.
