ERU/Weight/Volume Utilization Wrong When Moving Order To Shipment Using Simulate (Doc ID 880847.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
On 5.5.05.05, Find that Weight Utilization and ERU values are wrong when using the Simulate Option as part of the Move Order to Existing Shipment. This is a follow-up to the fixes made in <Bug 8598259>
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect that the Weight and Equipment Reference Utilization values are correct

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Plan an Order on to a Shipment which will use equipment that is set with Equipment Reference
Utilisation
2. Move another order to the shipment and use the Simulate option with Consolidate Option ticked
3. See that the Weight Utilization, ERU values do not appear correct on the Simulate Results (
before execute is ticked) when choosing Consolidate Equipment and the ERU not showing correct on
the Simulate screen and the Shipment ( after execute is ticked) when consolidate equipment is not
ticked
