Symptoms
When running the 'Depot Repair Receipt Update ' it is receiving an error.
ORACLE error 6502 in FDPSTP
Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small

The above error occurs when the profile option 'CSD: Update Logistics Program Error Handling' is set to 'Process all'. If this profile is set to 'Stop on error', this error is seen.

Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will by submitting the 'Depot Repair Receipt Update' concurrent program
Note that the process fails with an error and no data is processed.
