Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
On 11.5.10 in Production:
Find that 12 DROP SHIP Order are stuck at Shipped status and not progressing any further.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect that orders will progress further to close.

The issue CANNOT be reproduced at will
