On 12.0.3 in Production:
When attempting to compile the invalid package FII_AP_INV_PAYMTS_F_C,
the following error occurs.
ERROR
ORA-04052: error occurred when looking up remote object
APPS.EDW_LOCAL_INSTANCE@EDW_APPS_TO_WH.ACTIONS.COM.CN
ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied
ORA-02063: preceding line from EDW_APPS_TO_WH
