Error Status Not Set on Transmission if Workflow Triggered by Integration Results in an Error

This problem can occur on any platform.
Inbound transmission does not set to ERROR status if the related workflow (etc. agents) errors.
Expect OTM to report error back to the integration layer if the related workflow failed.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- Create an OB agent (Trigger on Order Base - Modified) > (Action: any incorrect SQL update)
1- Create a new OB.
2- Generate it's TransOrder XML via integration manager.
3- Modify the XML (etc. ship unit weight)
4- Upload the XML file via integration manager.
5- Check the transmission > Set to PROCESSED.
6- Look at the logs > see the expected workflow error dur to the incorrect sql query.
