Purpose

To provide a convenient listing of all the bugs resolved in the CRM Customer Management (Contact Center) (CSC) module for the calendar year 2009 in an ordered and organized fashion so that customers can get a quick glance of what bugs have been resolved in each release and match to their patching requirements.

In addition, it should be noted that each patch below is cumulative, meaning that if a later month patch is applied the previous months patches are included within. Ex. August 2009 contains all patching for months preceding unless noted in the patch README.

It can be very beneficial to do a Edit -> Find (on this Page) (MSIE) to locate a pre-existing bug that matches your issue. Oracle Support always recommends to patch to the latest available levels. A document in the References section details the latest patching levels across Service suite of products. For the CSC (Contact Center) product the latest patch available is the first one listed below.

It should also be noted that the RUP reference for R12.0.x can be found within <NOTE:423541.1> Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 Release Update Pack (RUP) Schedule. As noted in the readme it is required that RUP6 be applied prior to any of the below patching.

Please click on any bug or patch number to research further or please do not hesitate to log a TAR directly with Oracle Support if you require any clarification or have any questions.
