"Constraining" Field on Screen Set Selected Causing Selection Box to Disappear

Symptoms
-- Problem Statement:
A field is added to the "Search" tab of a Screen Set and marked as "Constraining". If this field is a DATE type field. The search type drop box (i.e. "Same As", "Between", etc..) is not visible. A similar DATE field that is not marked as "Constraining" does have this visible.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create a Screenset with a DATE field that is marked Constraining
2. Add this Screenset to your custom menu
3. Navigate to this on your menu
4. Notice that the Date Field does not have it's associated drop down box for specifying the type of search.
