FSTP Error When Click On Calendar: Message not found. CSF, Message Name: CSF_PO_SELECT_RESOURCE. (Doc ID 941760.1)

Symptoms

When accessing the Field Service Administrator Portal it is possible to select any of the items in the Quick links.
When the 'Calendar' Quick link is selected, without selecting the Resource Type and Resource values the following error message is displayed:

Message not found. Application: CSF, Message Name: CSF_PO_SELECT_RESOURCE.


It is not possible to access the Calendar screen, nor to continue processing data in the screen.

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Connect using the 'Field Service Administrator Portal' responsibility
2. Select the hyperlink (for 'Calendar') from the Quick Links region of the screen
3. Note the error message
