Retropay is used to recalculate the retrospective changes from any previous completed Payroll period and get the respective retro element entries in the current period to be paid.

The way Retropay process works has technically changed over a period to enhance the flexibility and performance. Before setup or troubleshoot of Retropay, it is important to understand the type of Retropay functionality in your instance.
