Symptoms
On R12.x.x of Applications
Alerts (Periodic/Event) are not running, executing, or generating the correct data. When having multiple operating units defined it is not setting those correctly because either the Alert does not produce data or the data is produced of only one operating unit.
Event Alerts execute sporadically with different users.
