On 220.127.116.11 in Production:
When attempting to run adadmin after upgrading RDBMS to 11g
the following error occurs.
Enter the password for your 'SYSTEM' ORACLE schema:
Connecting to SYSTEM......Unable to connect.
AD Administration error:
The following ORACLE error:
ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied
The customer can successfully use sqlplus with the user system and the same password as used in the utility adadmin.
Please note that this can also occur with the SYSTEM user and the account can also be locked
Error "ORA-28000: the account is locked"
The customer has followed <Note 452783.1>
Oracle Applications Release 11i with Oracle 11g Release 1 (11.1.0)
and upgraded the database to 18.104.22.168
