Symptoms
-- Problem Statement:
On 12.0.6 in Production:
When attempting to Create AME rule with Rule Type as 'Pre List Approver Group',
the following error occurs:
ERROR
This transaction type does not have any action types for the rule type selected. Ensure you add
the selected rule type's action types to this transaction type to use in a rule.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Approvals Management Business Analyst > Approver Groups
2. Create a AME Rule > Rule Type as Pre List Approver Group
