Order Movements Failed to Plan Link from Bulk Plan Results Screen Shows Wrong Records (Doc ID 946074.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
On 5.5.05, Find that clicking on the Number of Order Movements failed to Plan does not show any
records even though 1 order movement failed to plan in the Bulk Plan
However, when clicking on the Number of Order Movements Planned link, the order movements that were planned are shown correctly

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect that the link from the bulk plan screen shows the failed order movement

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Bulk Plan 3 order movements such that at least one order movement fails to plan
2. When the bulk plan finishes, look at the Bulk Plan Results screen and click on the number
hyperlink under Number of Order Movements Planned and Number of Order Movements failed to Plan
3. See that there are no results shown for the Number of Order Movements Failed to plan
