Symptoms
-- Problem Statement:
On 5.5 CU5 when a new Invoice is created the Received time is being set to 08:00 GMT.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect the Received time to be the actual time the Invoice was received.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create an XML file to create a new Invoice.
2. Import the XML file to create a new Invoice.
3. Edit or view the new Invoice and note the time is 08:00 GMT and date in the database contains a time of 08:00.
NOTE 1: If the time displayed is other than GMT, convert from the timezone you work in to GMT and the GMT time will be 08:00.
NOTE 2: When a new Invoice is created manually in OTM via the User Interface the time of creation is used.
