Trying to set a custom template in Purchasing Document Types for Standard POs,  the  layout defaults to the standard and LOV is not available, hence unable to update the layout.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

• Go to setup/Purchasing Document Types.
• Select Standard Purchase Order
• Unable to update Document Type Layout field.
