When Running the OPM Accounting Pre-Processor, Log File Shows Errors Like 'Failed to load costing data. Process aborted.' or 'General Ledger Update Initialisation Failed' or 'Unable to Load Formula Material Details' (Doc ID 953896.1)

Symptoms

When running the OPM Accounting Pre-Processor, it completes normal however log file or View Error Messages show the below messages.

Failed to load costing data. Process aborted.
General Ledger Update Initialisation Failed

or in R11i when running the Subledger Update program
Unable to load Formula material details - Contact System Admin

 The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: OPM Financials
2. Navigation: OPM Accounting Pre-Processor
3. Submit request for the period and source, check concurrent request log file for errors. To view error messages, query the OPM Accounting Pre-Processor reference number and go to Actions > View Error Messages.
