Symptoms

On 12.1.1 in Production:
When attempting to run Italian Payables Withholding Tax Letter (JEITWHTL),
the following error occurs:

ERROR
Enter Password:
MSG-00100: A ledger with ID &SOBID does not exist. (LEDID=)
MSG-00099: Error in BeforeReport trigger.
REP-1419: 'beforereport': PL/SQL program aborted.
REP-0069: Internal error
REP-57054: In-process job terminated:Terminated with error:
