Symptoms
After upgrading to 11.5.10CU2 the FND_GLOBAL package no longer works as expected.
Some customizations (policies) around the fnd_global.resp_id, fnd_global.form_id variables, resp_id, form_id and form_appl_id no longer function correctly.
Business Impact:
Gives incorrect abilities to users that can lead to data corruption and discrepancies in on hand quantities.
