When running Create Settlement batches, the transactions are not being picked up.
Although there are transactions pending in table IBY_TRXN_SUMMARIES_ALL, in status 100, the program is not picking up any of them.
Java log (iby_af.log) shows the following messages:
STATEMENT:[iby.payment.proc.BatchEFTPayment]:Number of transactions: 0
ERROR:[iby.payment.proc.BatchEFTPayment]:FATAL! Batch is empty of transactions
ERROR:[iby.scheduler.SchedEFTBatchClose.closeEFTBatch]:Empty batch for profiles
After running the program, transactions are still in status 100.
