Symptoms
Some POs that were created in 11i before upgrade to R12 were updated after upgrade causing POXPOPDF failed with following error captured in Report log file. This does not happen for all upgraded POs that were updated in R12.
Report log shows the following error :

GenerateDocument::getPOXml() - Exception
genDoc() : PoPDFExceptionoracle.apps.po.communicate.PoPDFException: PO_PDF_XML_FAILED
oracle.apps.po.communicate.PoPDFException: PO_PDF_XML_FAILED
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Responsibility = Purchasing
2. Navigation = Reports > Run > Name = PO Output for Communication
3. Enter PO number and Submit
