Symptoms


When opening the Advanced Worklist, some users (not all) receive a framework error, the full error stack being:

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: String index out of range: -1
at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException.wrapperException(OAException.java:888)
