Symptoms

Withholding Tax Calculation is causing rounding differences and invoices are in NEEDS REVALIDATION status because invoice hold got applied.


Steps to reproduce:

  1. Log into Oracle applications using a Payables responsibility.
  2. Open the Invoice Workbench
  3. (N) Invoices > Entry > Invoice
  4. Create an invoice with AWT
  5. Click on the [Actions] button
  6. Check option "Validate"
  7. Click Ok
