Symptoms
After entering and validating and invoice and creating the accounting under Payables Invoice workbench, at closing the form, the following messages show up:
FRM-40735: ON-ERROR trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01001.
Your log on session has become invalid. Exiting Oracle Applications.
APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 3114 in auduse
Cause: auduse failed due to ORA-03114 : not connected to ORACLE.
The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was: &SQLSTMT and was executed from the file &ERRFILE.
Application is closed after that.
