Custom Shipment Screen not Showing in a Job Query Even after Setting the Field Screen Set (Doc ID 971335.1)

On OTM Version, 6.0.2, Find that the Public screen set of Shipment is shown even though the Field Screen Set Access is set to use a Custom screen set

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect that the custom screen set is used when searching for Shipments from a Job

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up a custom screen set by copying the Public BUY_SHIPMENT screen set
2. Set up Field Access Screen Set from Manage User Access and set it to use the custom screen set for Query ID - BUY_SHIPMENT
3. Go to a Job Screen, search for an Order Release and then search for a Shipment by clicking on the f button. see that the Public screen set is shown
