LIST PRICE NOT POPULATING FROM BLANKET SALES AGREEMENT PRICE LIST. (Doc ID 971357.1)

Symptoms

When creating a Sales Order from a Blanket Sales Agreement (BSA), unable to enter CUSTOMER ITEMS which have been included on the price list created from the BSA.

The following error message is displayed.

1000000752 and Ea not on Test1234 is shown

Click on OK and Navigate Back to view the order header the following error message is displayed:

Sales Agreement Line Number has not been supplied

STEPS to REPRODUCE

Create a New Blanket Sales Agreement for a Customer

At the Pricing Tab enter New Price List details and add a line for the CUSTOMER Item. Save the BSA and progress the BSA so that it is Active

Create Releases from this BSA -- Actions -- Create Releases
Sales Order Form is opened --- the price list defaults to that on the BSA.
Add a line to the order for the Customer Item , error is displayed:

After clicking on the error, the following error message is displayed:


Sales Agreement Line Number has not been supplied

Examining the following attributes on the Order Line shows:

Sales Agreement No. === BSA Number as expected
Sales Agreement Line No. === NULL
