Error Received When Attempting to Access General Tab of Custom POWER_UNIT_REFNUM_QUAL Screenset

On OTM Version, 6.0, When attempting to access the GENERAL tab of the new screenset when making a copy (no other changes at this point) of the Public Screenset 'POWER_UNIT_REFNUM_QUAL, the following error is received:
You can not edit or view the selected saved query in the saved query manager
Error while retrieving query glog.server.query.driver.PowerUnitRefnumQualQuery
1. Go to 'Configuration and Administration --> User Management --> Screenset Manager.
2. Search for the custom POWER_UNIT_REF_QUAL screenset created
3. Click to Edit
4. Click on the GENERAL Tab
5. Note the Error above is received
