Symptoms
Even after setting the profile option PO: Enable service procurement = Yes at the site level the service procurement is not enabled. The value basis LOV (List Of Values) when creating the LOV does not show the service procurement values- Fixed price and Rate.
Steps To Reproduce:
Setup > Purchasing > Line Types-> create
Changes
Release 12 is being utilized.
