R12: No Ledger Name in Ledger LOV in Import Journals Form for Custom Source, Get FRM-41830 (Doc ID 973596.1)

Symptoms

Journal Import fails for a custom source. After correcting the failed journals through the Correct journal import form, the user is unable to select the ledger in the import journal form.

When attempting to select the Ledger_id in the Journal Import form,  get the following error:
FRM-41830: List of values contains no entries

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate as Journal -> Import -> Correct
2. Correct the erroneous journals.
3. Navigate as Journal -> Import -> Run
4. Select the correct source and try selecting the Ledger
