Symptoms

When attempting to deliver a specific Inter Organization transfer Shipment for lot controlled item the following error occurs:
  
Error

RVCTP completes in error,
Records are stuck in rcv_transactions_interface and po_interface_errors show some records:

INTERFACE_TYPE    ERROR_MESSAGE    


The receive transactions have been entered via the form.

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Receiving > Receiving Transactions (Form RCVTXERT)
2. Try to deliver the lines of Shipment Number for lot controlled item
