WebADI Saved Templates do not Work in SSO Enabled Environments

Cannot open saved Web ADI Templates in a SSO enabled eBusiness suite installation. The normal E-Business SSO Login works, however when selecting the upload button on a previously saved Web ADI template it fails with the following error:
... The results of the upload cannot be displayed. This was due to a network fault. Leave this window open to have it make more attempts to display the upload results
Error: 'navCancelContainer' is undefined
Error: 'goBackContainer' is undefined
The issue only happens in the IE browser, it does not happen in Firefox.
