R12 Legal Entity Name Not Updating Correctly When Changing Account Segment Value In Supplier->Accounting Tab

Symptoms
1) Define Legal Entity form,
define Account Segment value " " to
Legal Entity Name
which is longer than 60 characters.
2) Create a Supplier.
3) Create the Address and the Site.
4) Go to the Accounting Tab and update the Liability account,
change the account segment value and save it,
it will not correspond to the correct Legal Entity Name.
If doing the same to other account segment values
it will correspond to the correct Legal Entity Name.
