Symptoms
Cycle count reservations are not relieved after running a cycle count and rejecting the cycle count entry.
Need to enter a manual cycle count on the item and approve, then the reservation is removed.
Expectations
=========
Not expected to have to enter a manual cycle count.
Steps:
1. Do a short pick, which create a cycle count reservation.
2. Do the cycle count task.
3. Reject the cycle count.
4. Reservation is still there.
