Goal

The goal is to document unpublished bug 5987839 Long Raw Column Not Fetched and the fix that came out of it.
The issue is with retrieving long raw data, usually an image file where nothing is returned, the
data is not retrieved.

A patch that fixes the issue is available for 11.5.10, R12.0.x. A version for R12.1.1 is coming.
