FRM-47023 & FRM-47024 Forms Errors when opening Oracle Forms using Link with Workflow ECO (Doc ID 983342.1)

Symptoms

Found that it is not possible to open Oracle Applications from Notifications. This is happening for the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process as well as Move Orders.

Not able to open form using the forms link that is in the reference section of the workflow notification.

The following error occurs:

ERROR

FRM-47023 No Such parameter named G_QUERY_FIND exists in form ENGFDECN
FRM-47024 No Such parameter named G_QUERY_FIND exists in form ENGFDECN

-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Receive an email as a part of a workflow notification.
2. Click on notification HTML and click on Open.
It will ask you to login to Oracle applications in case you have not already logged on.
3. Click on the ECO form link in the reference section and you will get an error.
