Unable to query a payment created through Netting Process or when check is required.

Steps to reproduce:

Log into Oracle applications using a Payables responsibility.
Open the Payment Workbench
(N) Payments > Entry > Payments
Try to query a Payment which is created through Netting Process or when check is required
User encounters error:

"FRM-40654:Record Has Been Updated.Requery Block To See Change"
"FRM-40735: POST-QUERY trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01403
