returned against.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE ISSUE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
How RMA is created:
1. Responsibility: OM Super User (or equivalent)

3. Query original order (<order_1>)
4. Copy order to new order at original selling price, but only copy header information.
5. (New order <order_2>)
6. Query new order <order_2>
7. Add a return line with reference to sales order <order_1>, line 2.1 calculate price flag = P
8. Enter return reason code. Note that the unit selling price (USP) is correct. calculate price flag = P
9. Add another return line with reference to sales order <order_1>, line 2.1 USP is correct calculate price flag = P
10. Exit sales order form
11. Go back into sales order form
12. Query the order <order_2>
13. Add return line with reference to sales order <order_1>, line 2.1
Note that now the USP is incorrect.
Action View Adjustments shows that Modifier setup at order level is applied twice
(once at line level, once at order level – same list_line_id: <line_id>)
     calculate price flag = P
14. Added another return line with reference to sales order <order_1>, line 2.1 USP is again incorrect.
