Goal

At times, there are GL reconciliation rules that are created and executed with an intention of clean up later. When user attempts to delete those rules, an error "Cannot delete a map which is part of an execution" occurs. Application does not allow it as a feature, but when there are business reasons, this should still be achievable through a workaround.
