Symptoms

While doing LRS 808 Fresh installation,schema creator utility is failing with following error:

Executing ...select paramvalue from configuration where paramname='VERSION'
Log [2019-08-07 14:43:27.516] [SCHEMAUTILITY] [ERROR] -
java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
